Role: Senior Artist
This asset was created for Defector and features a hostile robot designed with modular gameplay functionality. The robot’s arm was built to detach and function as a first-person weapon within the level that introduces these machines, requiring both character-scale and FPS-scale considerations during production.
I was responsible for the full asset pipeline, including modeling, UV layout, and texturing. I also handled rigging for the weapon portion to support its transition from character attachment to usable in-game firearm, ensuring visual consistency and functionality across both contexts.
